If you’ve been thinking of taking art classes my still life drawing and painting workshops are a great way to learn! As with any good art course there is a sense of progression through regular and honest application and effort. Drawing and painting can have benefits that reach beyond the image produced; drawing is therapeutic!

I run regular drawing and oil painting workshops where each student will learn to paint or draw in sight size, I also adapt classes tailored to an individual’s needs so it’s less formal and relaxing.

You will learn to :

- Draw sight size
- Organise a still life with a simple value range
- Set out a colour palette and mix accurate colour values
- Paint handling and edge control.
